Trainer:

RANDOLPH OUDEMANS

Founder of Now.Here., APAC Representative & Board Member of the Center of Mindful Self-Compassion (CMSC)

For Randolph, a father of three and a catalyst for positive human connection through compassion and self-compassion, the most important thing is to be mindfully and lovingly connected to ourselves and others. He sees capacities for kindness, connection, courage, human vulnerability, and enormous potential in everyone. He has an amazing ability to ignite optimism, enthusiasm and energy and to focus attention on what really matters.

Through Now.Here, he helps others develop their innate capacities of mindfulness, compassion and happiness, and empowers them to develop an authentic and truly human engagement with themselves and others. It allows him to combine his business experience with socio-humanitarian efforts to help people live fuller and more meaningful lives.
