Tuning into yourself is a 1-Day Suicide Prevention workshop that teaches and helps you practice the life skills of compassion to care for your mental well-being and increase your level of resilience.
In this workshop, you will learn:
Discover what is alive in you and what you value
Identify and recognise your met and unmet needs
Learn to tend to your unmet needs
Practice deep listening (listening in a way that helps people feel seen and heard)
Communicate with more empathy and honesty
