This 1-hour workshop takes participants through an introduction of Self-Compassion, and equips them with practices that they can apply back to their daily lives.

This introductory workshop equips people with the life skills of compassion for self that serve as a tool to help us support ourselves skilfully such that we become more resilient in the face of crisis and challenges.

Practice Mindfulness to better tune in to your needs

Through the practice of Mindfulness, we learn to train our attention and awareness to focus on the present moment, being aware of what’s happening right now without judgment or evaluation. This 1-hour workshop introduces participants to the practice of Mindfulness, empathy, as well as an understanding of our universal needs.

Non-violent Communication, NVC, is a language of partnership which invites us to expand our perception so that we see ways to bring connection amidst conflict.

Developing Loving Kindness to cultivate self-care

Loving Kindness practices can be a way for us to relate to our experience in ways that promote kindness and well-being for ourselves and others. This 1-hour workshop introduces participants to the practice of Loving Kindness and guides them in the journey to develop authentic loving kindness phrases that resonate for each individual.
